Leland NC- This great article came out today in the Wilmington Star News. Leland NC celabrates 20 years this Saturday on Founders Day. Their have been many changes in the past twenty years, as Leland has grown from very little, to being the largest, most dynamic town in Brunswick County. We have seen steady, well-planned growth that has increased the quality of life here and the value of real estate. I’m excited about the next twenty years, as Leland doesn’t have “legacy” problems from poor development decades and decades ago, as other cities do. I also liked this picture as it represents the part of Village Rd nearest to where I live. All of the local Leland NC residents are looking forward to the planned improvements coming soon to Village Rd.
