Blue Atlantic Properties was founded in 2005 by Realtors to help connect Buyers and Sellers.  My name is Joseph Keech, and I am part of the ownership team of Blue Atlantic Properties and have been involved with the company from Day One.  I live in Leland and am very familiar with the local real estate market.  If you have a desire to know more about the area, contact me below. I live in the Woodburn Heights area of Leland, commonly referred to as the area “behind the Piggly Wiggly grocery store”!  It is a wonderful spot only 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington that borders the Brunswick river and Sturgeon Creek, and is a mature community full of large lots and friendly people. My wife and I were married in 2005 and built a home here, and have enjoyed the area immensely. We now have two children, Sarah and Joe, and are expecting a 3rd child that is due in May 2010. Life goes by quickly, and I sometimes stop and wonder why it has to go by so fast.

I strive to be friendly and knowledgeable about real estate in Leland.  I never learned how to be a “salesperson”, and I don’t intend to start trying anytime soon.  In my experience, if you do all you can to help someone and inform them, they will want to do business with you.  If you give 110% and people don’t appreciate that, it’s probably for the best that you don’t work for them.  I will meet your expectations and help you buy or sell real estate the right way.
